This massive 3 story home will provide all the space you need for making the best memories! Below you will see a breakdown of each floor. Please note there are two casitas on the property that may have guests during your stay. No one other than your group will have access to your space inside. There are no doors leading from the main home to the casitas. But there may be others using the backyard as well as your group.

*Inside the main home you will find:
    -4 living room areas. The upstairs library has a desk and printer, as well as a comfy sofa and large TV. The main floor has a sitting room with a grand piano and lots of seating. There is also a sunken living room next to the dining area for another great place to watch on the big screen. The basement has a large recreation room with a ping pong/pool table, large couch and TV and a bowling lane!
    -A Large kitchen, stocked with the all of the essentials for cooking. We open up the communal pantry which will make meal planning such a breeze! You will have access to the 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers, large fridge and freezer and plenty of seating at the island.
    -Five Bedrooms each one with it's own ensuite. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with a King bed and a private deck. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a King Bed and a Queen over Queen bunk bed. There is one bedroom on the main level with easy access for those that may not want to do stairs. It has a King bed and walk in shower. The bunk room is in the basement with plenty of beds and room on the couches for more!
    -Along with the 5 bathrooms connected to each bedroom we have one more full back and one half bath. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, towels and a hair dryer. There is also a bathroom in the pool room located outside by the pool.

The Home is on the main road in the small town of Toquerville. It is only 25 minutes north of St. George and located right on the way to Zion National Park (about a 23 minute drive). The home is surrounded by horse pasture and has views of the beautiful mountains!

Originally built in 1982, this luxury tudor has been completely renovated but still has the timeless cherry wood throughout. The home sits on an acre in one of the cutest towns on your way to Zion National Park.  Walk the grounds! Hop in the Pool! Play a game of Pickleball or even bowl 10 rounds in the basement! We are so excited for you to experience this one-of-a-kind opportunity!

This casita has it's own private entrance. You will enter and walk up a flight of stairs to the second floor which offers the best views! No one other than your group will have access to your space inside. Inside you will find:

    -A living room. A spacious area with plenty of seating and does have a sofa bed if needed. 
    -A Kitchen. Stocked with the essentials for cooking. The kitchen is open to the living room and has a sliding glass door to the private deck out back.
    -A Full Bathroom. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, towels and a hair dryer.
    -Two Bedrooms. The first has a King Bed and it's own access to the deck. The second bedroom has a full bed and then a queen bunk bed. 

Outside all of the spaces are shared. Relax on the deck as you look out to the green fields and red mountains. You won't find a more unique setting! So quiet and peaceful yet we are only 4 minutes from the interstate so you can get anywhere you need to go quickly.

In this Airbnb you will be on the top level of the accessory building to the home. It has a private entrance and no others will have access to your space inside. You will have a private deck which overlooks the acres of yard and pasture out back. Walk the grounds! Hop in the Pool! or play a game of Pickleball! This listing is for the Casita on the main level of the accessory building of our large home. You will have your own private entrance. You will not share any spaces inside of the Casita. This welcoming desert-chic home pays homage to nature in its' art and design. It is bright and spacious for friends and family to make memories, whether international, from the USA, or from our home state. This awesome 3 bedroom home, is tastefully furnished and boasts excellent Wifi (252 Mbps/ 24 Mbps) as well as two workspaces, one in the kitchen and one in the Master suite. The spacious kitchen and dining area create a fun gathering space with a generous island and bar stools along with an antique dining table and chairs. The kitchen is outfitted with an array of cooking accouterments with an easy-to-use and very safe high-chair available. You'll also find child dishes and cups for your peace of mind. The master suite includes a King bed, a TV, large closets, and a large master bath including a jetted tub. It also has a spacious shower. Two additional bedrooms have Queen beds and big closets with hangers. All bedrooms come equipped with bedside USB ports for phone and computer charging. The home comfortably sleeps 6 and with the use of available sleeping pads, you can spread out. The living room includes a TV with Roku, reclining couches, and great light. Both bathrooms have a generous supply of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which creates a lovely spa-like experience. When coming in from the garage, where an app will let you remotely open and close the door, you'll pass a high-efficiency washer and dryer with an amazing sky-light overhead. You will have access to the entire one acre and home. No shared spaces, no shared amenities. In the yard you will find:

*The pool will be heated from October through March. If needed we can bring the pool up to temperature during the other months as well (contact us for more details). Southern Utah gets very warm in the summer so you will appreciate a nice cool pool to jump into!

    If you are tired after a long day of adventures, come inside and relax! We have a spacious living room that is open to the kitchen and dining. You can see the smart TV from all around. We also have TV's in each bedroom. You can add any streaming app to the TVs and log in to your own accounts just be sure to log out when finished!
     Our Kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. We provide eating and serving utensils and cookware. There are pots and pans and a few small appliances for your use. The kitchen has a large oven and cook top, a large fridge and freezer, a microwave and dishwasher. There is a barbecue grill on the private patio for your use as well.

   In your down time check out the garage where we have a Ping pong table with equipment and a Foosball Table!

***Parking and more
   You will have access to our garage during your stay. With the game tables moved to the side you can fit any large vehicle. There are several more parking spaces around the community available on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a trailer that does not fit there is a parking lot across the street and down a few blocks that you can use for parking.
